Subject : Credit Hours for the CME.

Kindly refer to your Email dated 24th November, 2011 on the subject noted above. 

I have been directed by Prof. Dr. ManMohan Singh, Hon’ble President of Punjab Medical Council to convey the decision of the council that the Ten (10) Credit Hour for CME  on 3rd, 4th & 5th Feburary, 2012  be awarded subject to the following:-

• The Conference/ CME/ Workshop shall be under the auspices of Punjab Medical Council.  The banner showing the same may please be displayed at a suitable area.
• The nominated member of the Punjab Medical Council will be suitably seated on the dias and will address the gathering about the policies of the Punjab Medical Council for a few minutes.
• Organising Committee will send formal invitation to all the members of the Punjab Medical Council (Annexure: A). The registration of nominated members of the council attending the Conference/ CME/ Workshop will be complimentary.
• The Council Member attending the Conference/ CME/ Workshop will also be signatory to the certificate issued to the delegate attending the Conference/ CME/ Workshop. The certificate will be signed and distribute on the last date of the Conference/ CME/ Workshop.
• Organizer will handover the list of delegates with Registration Number on the last day of the Conference/ CME/ Workshop. Registrar name shall be mentioned on the certificate.
• In case the representative of the council is coming from Chandigarh or other than the place of venue then the Organising Secretary is required to pay the T.A./ D.A. to the respective member of the Council.
